Apple TV will change how you use your TV

Even if you exercise only 50% of its potential, this little black puck will change your relationship with your home television center. It becomes about so much more than entertainment. It is the device that will integrate all your home information and digital content.

The setup with an existing home entertainment system is a snap, so you begin enjoying the entertainment aspects immediately. Next, link up your iPad, laptop, desktop, iPhone. Apple TV purchase

I was very pleased with how easy it was to order and receive my new Apple TV. I ordered it on a Friday evening and received it on Monday afternoon through regular shipping. The connection process was very simple although I think an HDMI cable should be included in the package since you have to have one to complete the installation.

I am still exploring the capabilities of my Apple TV but it is apparent that it will allow me to get much more functionality out of my other Apple products (iMac, iPad, iPod, and iPhone). The connection to NetFlix is also very smooth and easy to use. I intend to replace my Direct TV service with the Apple TV. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Apple TV

My LCD big screen did not have a built in WiFi but after seeing how some older technology can come to life by steaming video, I was compelled to purchase an Apple TV.

This is an awesome addition to my viewing pleasure. Not only can you watch streaming video, but this will allow you to view certain programs from my desktop or laptop (even iPad, if I had one) without any wires. The picture quality is great, my music sounds great and you can even view production projects like Power Point or Key Note all in HD on the big screen.

This device was so simple to configure too....it did it by itself. It even checked for firmware updates (which there was one) and it updated itself without me doing a thing. This is a great device for those who don't have a big screen with built in WiFi. Additionally, you can purchase TV shows or movies from the App Store if you choose. I use Netflix and have become addicted to it.

This device is only 3x3" and can be placed anywhere that an HDMI cable can reach the TV. There is a LAN port, optical audio port and the HDMI port. It remains on always but also knows to sleep when not in use. So as they say, "Set it and forget it." Great addition to the family entertainment center.
